AGE: 23 BIRTHPLACE: Oddville BIO: The nameless Landlord of the Oddville Apartments seems to be extremely depressed and maybe even suicidal. Living on the first floor of the Apartments, he collects rent from Guy, Matt, Marcie, and Shell. But he's been having difficulty getting Matt and Guy's rent this month.
